Unprofessional as hell. Cancels appointments hours before your appointment. But yet this is their cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellation Policy We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Aesthetic Beauty Studio. I had an appointment at 1pm. I had to leave my home at 12:30pm to get there. I received a text at 11am telling me my appointment was cancelled. The people in the beauty industry are a joke. You almost know what the outcome will be every time. The owner Martina tells me the nail tech wasn’t feeling well and could I come tomorrow? So what? Will she magically feel better tomorrow? Lol. Mind you I scheduled this appointment for 2pm she text me and told me that they need to bump it up to 1pm because I’m getting a soak off so I agreed. (Oh she mentioned they’ll be eating lunch during that time lol). So even though this is MORE time that I need to take off work I still agreed. However, if I schedule an appointment for 2pm it’s for a reason. I’m not here to accommodate your soak off schedule how about updating your soak off method so people won’t need to sit an hour. They have no regard for people’s time do they think that they’re the only ones working?? Schedule at your own risk. But there are plenty other shops in the area to accommodate your needs. If you have an event coming up and need your nails done you may want to look elsewhere. And now of course she’s explaining in the review 🙄. All of that is null and void. This is a salon with multiple people if you were trying to so called “accommodate” me then maybe you could have had someone else do my nails instead of a last minute cancellation 2 hours before my appointment. I’m pretty certain this is NOT the first time. I’ve dealt with many unprofessional nail techs in the past who do last minute cancellations. I actually predicted this to happen lol. You don’t need to explain. Just apologize for the inconvenience and leave it at that.

My nail tech was Lali, she did a beautiful job on my nails. The shop was aesthetically Pleasing, and nice and clean overall I will be back in two weeks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love coming here! From the moment I walk through the door, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and makes me feel comfortable. They take such wonderful care of me and have always done their best to fit me in when I need an appointment, which I truly appreciate. The salon itself has such a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down, enjoy yourself, laugh, talk, and actually look forward to your appointment. The owner is simply a beautiful person—kind, caring, welcoming, and genuinely invested in her clients and her team. That warmth carries throughout the entire salon, and you can tell she has created a place where people feel at home. And, of course, I always leave with beautiful nails! I especially enjoy watching the artists grow and being able to bring in my creative ideas and see what they come up with. I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful salon right up the street from my house. They have definitely earned a loyal customer in me. 💚💅
